So today's the day that marks one month for this lifestyle change!
Week 4 weigh in is here! Its Friday!!!! So here it goes....
This week: zero.... :( I dont understand.....
With a total weight loss so far of : 11lbs
week 1: 4lbs
week 2: 6lbs
week 3: 1lb
week 4: 0 lbs

i need to start measuring myself... need to find a measuring tape! I feel better up to 2 miles of running now. Still doing good eating! need encouragement!
Don't be discouraged....bodies have a way to plato, but we can trick them up....stay on track, you will see great strides again very soon! Love ya and can't believe how much your face looks slimmer, and your legs all in shape...WAY TO GO DANIELLE!!!! :) Love ya!!!!
